Note: Long press the „R/NIR“ button on other remote controls for 5 seconds to close their remote control function and press again to open the function.This isn’t required if the other remotes are well placed to the side so they don’t affect your control. Proposal for using ROYAL THERAPY red light panels:

Session: 10-20 minutes for the same body area in a session.

It is better to start with a shorter session of 5-10 minutes if you have never used light therapy before.

Frequency: 1-2 times a day to treat the same area.
Observe a minimum 6-hour interval between the second treatment on the same area.

Distance: Expose your skin and keep a distance of 10-60cm from the device, of course also with regard to the diagnosis, to achieve the best possible results.

Radiation intensity and radiation coverage: Depends on the distance from the device.

Hints and tips:

Protect your eyes: Wear safety glasses during light therapy.

Don’t forget to drink: Drink some water before and during use.

Distance: Maintain the optimal distance for maximum comfort.

Who should not use light therapy:

Children under 13, have conditions and diagnoses such as pregnancy and epilepsy, photoallergy, and photosensitizing drugs such as lithium, melatonin, phenothiazine antipsychotics, and some antibiotics.

People with a history of skin cancer, heat insensitivity, and systemic lupus erythematosus should also avoid this type of treatment.

Also, if you are currently taking steroids or cortisone injections, you should not receive light therapy.

Basic precautions for use:

1. One treatment of the same area should never exceed 30 minutes.

2. After treatment, turn off all power and pull out the plug when not in use.

3. Do not use the device in a hot, humid, dusty environment or the environment of lamps using fire.

4. Keep the device away from sources of liquids, such as drinks, sinks, bathtubs, showers, etc.

5. Store the device in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place free from corrosive gases.

7. Never use agents containing alcohol to clean all parts of the device or corrosive solvents.
